In our facility based in Tangier we have the capacity to dye and finish all types of knits with the maximum quality and efficiency.
We count on a team of highly qualified professionals together with a high technology machinery fully automatized.
Our processes are constantly monitored and controlled allowing us to assure a high level of quality and reproducibility.
We have 16 jets with capacities between 20 and 1,100 Kgs per dyeing cycle, which gives us a total capacity of 15 and 20 Tons per day, depending on the mix of materials and colors.
For the finishing, we count on 3 new generation rames with control weave and compactor alignment. We can offer different kinds of mechanical finishings as per example brushed and grinding.
Our job is focused towards the reduction of water and energy consumption, as well as lowering the toxicity of our emissions. We are certified to work with organic textiles (GOTS and OCS), and recycled textiles (GRS and RCS).
